Sarah Outen

In search of adventure and charting her way through grief at the sudden death of her father, at 24 Sarah Outen became the first woman and youngest person to row solo across the Indian Ocean. This then led to her London2London:Via the World journey - a 4.5 year 25000 mile loop of the planet using human power. Rowing, cycling and kayaking around the northern hemisphere, the journey was all the richer for not turning out exactly as planned. These days Sarah is training to become a psychotherapist and adventuring more locally to home with her wife and three donkeys. Sarah will be doing a live Q&A after a screening of her incredible film 'Home' and a live workshop on Ocean Rowing.
